the final days and tattoos

now, holy freaking shit we only have about ten weeks left of school... then our 13 years of mandatory schooling is finally OVER before we embark on an additional 3 or 4 years of university/TAFE to give us the correct qualifications for our ideal jobs in order to progress in life and make something of ourselves. Right?

once this school life is over, real life begins. this means employment, relationships, house hunting, and standing on our own two feet. oh good lord sometimes i feel like i'm not ready at all. at the moment i don't even have a decent job! i'm working one day a week for some pool company on the outskirts of town. sometimes i get scared of the future purely because i dont know whats going to happen next. i mean take my holidays for example... i met a wonderful person at the start and we hit it off so well and now this person barely wants anything to do with me. a two week friendship is what i call it. you know what? that sucks donkey balls. =\

the first week back at school was actually not a big drama. everyone saw everyone and each conversation consisted of:
A: "How were your holidays?"
B: "Pretty good.. didn't do much though"
A: "Neither..."

what a great conversation!

now, onto tattoos. everywhere i look, people seem to be wanting a tattoo. yesterday i was in my area during my free and we suddenly got onto the topic of tattoos and where who wants what. me? i personally dont want a tattoo... i know im being descriminate, but i think they look rather trashy on girls. but on guys, i find it attractive. of course that doesnt mean im going to cream my pants whenever i see a guy bearing more tattoos than an american skinhead. im merely saying, if a guy i like has a tattoo... then that's okay.

i think the topic is haunting me everywhere, its becoming a craze that im just not getting into. the other day i saw a woman in the street and she was quite large.. and covered with tattoos with gothic hair and crazy piercings.. i call them the 'Daddy didn't hug me' clique. it's kind of a mix between punk and goth and emo.
